چکیده
The present paper attempted to define the effects of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations on patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated by ramucirumab plus docetaxel. Of 82 enrolled patients, 48 underwent EGFR mutations, showing relevance sex and smoking history (P<0.05). analysis yielded that EGFR-mutant (EGFR-Mut) group had a higher objective response rate versus EGFR-wild-type (EGFR-Wt) Subsequent treatment, serum VEGF, bFGF, HDGF, CEA, CA153, CYFRA21-1 CA199 levels dropped more significantly in EGFR-Mut Beyond that, exhibited lower ZPS score KPS EGFR-Wt Further, displayed strikingly longer median survival time Ramucirumab docetaxel can safely inhibit tumour angiogenesis regulate markers. NSCLC brain metastasis have better treatment outcomes survival.

Randomized Phase II Study of Docetaxel plus Personalized Peptide Vaccination versus Docetaxel plus Placebo for Patients with Previously Treated Advanced Wild Type EGFR Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer
Objectives. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of personalized peptide vaccination (PPV) combined with chemotherapy for patients with previously treated advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Patients and Methods. Previously treated PS0-1 patients with IIIB/IV EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) wild genotype NSCLC were randomly assigned to docetaxel (60 mg/m(2) on Day 1) plus PPV ba...
متن کاملERβ localization influenced outcomes of EGFR-TKI treatment in NSCLC patients with EGFR mutations
Effects of estrogen receptorβ (ERβ) localization on epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are unknown. First, we analyzed the relationship between ERβ localization determined by immunohistochemistry and EGFR-TKI outcomes in 184 patients with advanced NSCLC and found that ERβ expression localized in the cytoplasm an...
متن کاملDynamics of EGFR mutations in plasma recapitulates the clinical response to EGFR-TKIs in NSCLC patients
OBJECTIVES Genomic profiling using plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) represents a non-invasive alternative to tumor re-biopsy, which is challenging in clinical practice. The feasibility of dynamically monitoring epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation status using serial plasma samples from non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients treated by tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) and its appl...
متن کاملFirst-line use of EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors in patients with NSCLC containing EGFR mutations.
While the small molecule epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors erlotinib and gefitinib have modest clinical benefit in unselected patients with non-small cell lung cancer after platinum-based chemotherapy, an emerging and potentially more elegant strategy is to move these agents to the frontline setting for select patients. Those with somatic mutations in EGFR respo...
متن کاملPrognostic value of plasma EGFR ctDNA in NSCLC patients treated with EGFR-TKIs
OBJECTIVE Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) specific mutations have been known to improve survival of patients with non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). However, whether there are any changes of EGFR mutations after targeted therapy and its clinical significance is unclear. This study was to identify the status of EGFR mutations after targeted therapy and predict the prognostic signific...
